From the Massachusetts Turnpike:

          Take right at light onto Route 30 east.Go to next light and take left onto River Road.
          Go 1/2 mile and turn left onto Summer Street. Go 3/4 mile and turn left onto Farm
          Road. Follow signs.

          From Route 128:

          Take Exit 26 onto Route 20 west. Turn left onto Sumner Street. Go 1/2 mile and take
