From the south and southeast:

          From I-95 (or I-495 to I-95), Exit Route 107 (Exit #1 in New Hampshire), left on Route
          107 to Route 150, right onto Route 150 which joins Route108 to Exeter. The gym is a
          large concrete building on your right and is about seven miles from Exit 1 off I-95
          north.

          From the north:

          Maine Turnpike to Route I-95, Exit 2 just before Hampton tollgate, west on Route 51
          to Exeter.

          From the west:

          Follow Route 101 directly to Exeter.
